Volvo's Large Asphalt compactors have superior drum widths, high frequencies to help with faster rolling speeds and provide high performance for highway and other large paving projects. The Volvo SD77DA compactor combines proven technologies from the soil and asphalt lines and is designed with dual frequency, eight amplitudes, a machined drum, and auto-reversing eccentrics. The SD77DA is equipped with automatic on / off spray and vibration systems adjusted for machine travel, plus it has many other features commonly found on large highway-class double drum compactors.
